To the productYour meters are on different floors, you don't have an outlet or Wi-Fi connection? Then Bridge & Node and the appropriate sensors will bring the connection exactly where you need it. Thanks to wireless M-Bus and battery operation, the devices communicate over long distances – completely without Wi-Fi or power.
- Funk statt WLAN: Dank wireless M-Bus (Funk) überwindet das Signal mehrere Stockwerke.
- Keine Steckdose nötig: Die Node läuft mit Batterie – Stromanschluss am Zähler ist daher nicht notwendig.
- Mehrere Zähler, eine Lösung: Eine Node kann bis zu 4 Zähler gleichzeitig auslesen (Zähler in Reichweite zueinander). Die Bridge lässt beliebig viele Geräte einbinden.

The Berger family lives in a detached house. Their electricity, gas, and water meters are easily accessible in the basement – electricity and Wi-Fi are available on-site.
Optimal Solution: Reading heads (with integrated Wi-Fi module).
The reading heads for electricity, gas, water, and heat meters can be easily placed on compatible meters, connected to the power supply, and linked to and read via Wi-Fi using the app. This means no additional infrastructure is required, and the entire setup is quickly configured.
Lena rents an apartment in the city – but her meters are located two floors away in the basement, without any Wi-Fi reception or power connection. Since she got a balcony power plant, she wants to see exactly how much energy she is feeding in and consuming.
Optimal solution: Bridge, Node + Sensors
The battery-powered Node uses the necessary sensors to read the electricity/gas or water meters. The Node communicates the data via radio signals and thus bridges the distance to the basement – without Wi-Fi. Lena places the Bridge near Wi-Fi in her apartment, which receives the Node's data and transmits it to the energieleser app.
Claus lives on the top floor himself and rents out two apartments below him. He is legally obliged to inform his tenants regularly about their heating energy consumption and at the same time wants to keep an eye on all meters and smoke detectors.
Optimal Solution: Bridge
The Bridge enables the reception of all radio signals via wireless M-Bus – a standard in which many modern smoke detectors and heating cost allocators already transmit their data. Claus positions the Bridge upstairs in his apartment, within range of his WLAN. The devices in the house send their data, and the Bridge receives it via radio, even over long distances. This way, Claus easily and clearly fulfills his legal information obligation.
If he wishes, he can also use the same Bridge in the future to retrofit, integrate, and centrally record his meters in the basement with the help of the Node and suitable sensors.
